Hillary Clinton needs to be charged with involuntary manslaughter for her reckless and negligent actions. She allowed Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty to be killed by Islamic militants in a gruesome fight for their lives when she could have sent help.
Three elements must be satisfied in order for someone to be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter:
1) Someone was killed as a result of an act by the defendant.
2)The act either was inherently dangerous to others or done with reckless disregard for human life.
3) The defendant knew or should have known his or her conduct was a threat to the lives of others.
She knew the American Embassy was under attack and lives were at risk, but she refused to send help resulting in the deaths of 4 Americans. Give them justice
