My petition is to ask the government to protect the rights of individuals that have nothing but minor traffic violations and first time offences on their record. Specifically people with misdemeanors are off limits when it comes to health records of any kind. This petition would further ask a mandatory 6 month loss of license, Legal license, medical license, ect. of anyone who violates the law. This is intended as an addition to the current law.
