Hire a government paid team of artists to paint energy producing wind turbines so that they cannot be considered ugly

With the increase in production of Wind Turbines to create greener energy that is cleaner and healthier for the environment, many people find these turbines "unattractive" and "ugly." To stop this thought process and make these wind turbines more attractive I am proposing to hire a government paid team of artist to paint these turbines in order to make them beautiful. By enhancing the attractiveness of these wind turbines people will not be able to complain about their presence and hopefully increase the amount of wind turbines in America.
