Women's protection from sexual assaults on our jobs in the maratime industry can be revised and corrected. Let me build a ploicy plan to correct the criminal acts that go ion unseen on our jobs that have in the last three years alone affected 7 000 of us women who were brave enough to report it. Now lets think about how many dont due to fear for our lives, job losses that result in the end and familys destroyed when that income we need from those jobs comes to a halt. Not to mention how many dollars are spent nationally on sexual assault in the us? Budgetary revisions and cuts could come from those solutions Iam offering to share from my best knowledges gained first hand in turning my life around afterwards and to save the lives of many other working maratime women of today and tommorrow.
