It has come to my attention that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has been restricted quite a bit due to federal gun law regulations.
To keep and enforce many of the current gun laws already in place while trying to prevent further tragedies, I suggest any restrictions put on the A.T.F. that limit their investigative ability be lifted so as to protect our Constitutional rights while still maintaining the integrity of the 2nd Amendment.
To enforce these laws, more agents should be hired at the A.T.F. to investigate the possible sources of illegal gun ownership. This cannot be done properly with the current legislation in place so that is why I suggest this change.
