The process for the I130 Immigrant Petition For Relative Fiance(e) , Orphan needs to be reformed for quicker processing times. I takes several years for a married couple to be processed through the system and the answer to the delays are ( Processing times are reflected by their resources). I started my case to bring my wife from Vietnam in January of 2009 and they still have not reviewed our case. Married couples should not have to wait that long to prove they are in love. This petition is to reform the process and maybe hire more immigration workers so families can be united. Married couples are suffering and we cant help who we fall in love with.
