Hire more people at the IRS call center and improve the overall quality of service provided.

Created by D.R. on October 27, 2015

If you've called the IRS this year, you've probably dealt with messages saying "due to high call volumes we are unable to take your calls at this time" then were disconnected. If you were fortunate enough to not be disconnected you probably dealt with long hold times. With the rising rate of identity theft and the demands of our country to settle debt promptly we should have more employees working in the IRS call centers or build new centers + hire new employees to answer phone calls. Not only will this pay for it self as more people will be able to get through and actually settle disputes to satisfy their debt but it will create more jobs for the people that work in the new centers as well.
