The We the People website is difficult to navigate. For example, after signing one petition the browser back page returns one to the beginning 8 petitions instead of remembering where one was in the list.
There doesn't appear to be an easy method of navigating through the petitions, e.g. a search feature.
For some reason many of the more popular petitions appear to be clustered near the bottom and the least popular, near the top. Is this an attempt to get us discouraged before we view all of the petitions?
