Whether petitioning the president to declare something unconstitutional, trying to get the president to declare something a "federal hate group"(which would require creating such an enemies list), or otherwise mucking up the place, it's clear a lot of Americans don't know how their government works.
Education is a good thing. Hire someone to stop such nonsense petitions by sending the submitter a simple email on how the government works. Stop expecting the rest of us to do it.
Barring that, at least give us another option: Sign, not sign, or leave a comment that the creator of a petition needs to go watch Schoolhouse Rock and try again.
