Hire unemployed veterans to patrol, secure and protect our schools? Utilize the Joining Forces Program to assist in the logistics of this project. Gun laws will not protect our children from physical harm. Placing armed soldiers (with concealed weapons) in and around schools would prove to be an effective way to protect our children. The overall economic impact of employing those verterans who have fought for our country would be significant. There will always be mentally deranged individuals in this world who live to inflict harm onto others. We hire armed guards for airports, banks, athletic events and hospitals but not for our children. Let teachers teach, children learn, veterans work and give peace of mind to parents. VETERANS TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN!
