Many have expressed frustration with the current nominations for the President's second term. In order to address the concerns surrounding women and people of color, wouldn't adding Ms. Jarrett as Chief of Staff help address that concern.
Understanding, we want the most qualifies persons working for our government. Maybe hiring Ms. Jarrett can encourage more women and people of color enter the federal government and maybe in 10 or 20 years, it will be easier to find more qualified persons to ensure a cabinet that represents the diversity of America.
