Wes Worrell has tried to get jobs with the Federal Government for years, but has been turned down time after time because he's had no previous government experience. He has, however, had almost 30 years of experience as a Project Manager government contractor, including 24 years with one company who laid him off just before he could collect pension.
His last job was with a small government contractor where the contract he was on expired and could not be renewed because there was no federal budget passed in time. So basically, government put him out of work.
Wes has psoriatic arthritis which anyone shaking hands with him can see. He is also over 50. He has a PMP cert. Yet despite applying for MANY jobs he is qualified for, doesn't get an interview.
So give the man a job!
