Hit & Run involving Fatality Minimum Sentencing Needs Raised

Please consider passing a new law to increase the minimum Hit & Run minimum sentencing to the following: Hit & Run Felony involving Fatality Minimum Sentencing Needs Raised for Hit and Run Felony : Causing Death to a minimum of 10 years. Hit and Run Felony: Vehicular Manslaughter to a minimum of 20 years. Intoxication Hit and Run additional 5 years. Currently these laws are too lenient for murders. I would like to suggest these new laws be made as " Davids Law" since he is one the judicial system failed. In 4 years a murder will be set free after a Hit & Run Felony involving Fatality / Vehicular Manslaughter case. And the felony heroin possession charges dropped. This is not justice, there son and our friend will never be returned. Please consider new laws.
