Hold the 114th Congress accountable to the process of a hearing and a vote for the vacant seat within the Supreme Court

We the people must and willingly petition that ALL elected officials that have been sworn in under oath to uphold the United States Constitution within the 114 Congress act in good faith under due process of the law and fulfill their obligation to the procedure of a hearing and a vote for the nominee that President Barack Obama puts forth to be considered, for the vacant seat in the Supreme court without obstruction or pre-meditated partisanship. For the cases put before the highest court will be before the court for and by the American people and deserve all seats to have a representing vote totaling 9. The duty of elected officials is to govern the replacement in a timely manner and should proceed as it is written in the 14th Amendment under due process for the American People.
