The American people deserve to see the same justice applied to those in positions of power that would be applied to themselves in the same circumstances. Many individuals took advantage of the American people caused the eventual collapse of the housing market. This petition proposes that we bring charges against those who were in charge of financial institutions that were involved in the collapse.

Under 18 U.S. Code § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio, or television, this petition asks that we charge the following individuals with wire fraud:
