Without Congressional approval or giving them proper notice, five of “the hardest of the hard-core” and “the highest high-risk people,” who are “possibly responsible for the deaths of thousands” (the GITMO Five) got released from the U.S. detention center in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Hopefully not, however likely, these individuals will continue to commit and promote acts of terror. Those responsible for the release should be removed from position or appointment and be held accountable to the full extent of the law.
