Hold all Law enforcement accountable for their actions by review of training methods and standard operating procedures.

The objective of this petition is to pursue a standard and more uniform justice system, with the intention to hold All law enforcement agencies accountable for their actions when working outside of a standard operating procedure. In an attempt to improve our justice system, we the people believe by reviewing our current training methods and programs we can establish a standard operating procedure to better insure the lives of the people are protected. Reviewing and improving our training methods and programs for law enforcement will result in a calmer and more precise interaction between the civilian and law enforcement agent. If an agent was to operate outside of that procedure said agent shall be justly handled as a civilian.
