Hold mothers accountable as well as non working fathers during child support/custody proceedings. I believe if the father is made to get and keep their job while having to pay child support the mother should as well, and there needs to be penalities when they do not. These mothers should also be held accountable, and with the same stiff penalities, when they withhold visitation because of child support payments. There also needs to be a change in how the payments are decided. Example: if a father has 2 children by 2 different mothers in 2 different counties, then all cases need to linked together somehow that way the father isn't overpaying. Also, there needs to be no more jail time for non payment; because this doesn't hurt the father; it only hurts the child.
