Due to the increased in police violence against average Americans as well as the safety of all, we the people encourage police officers to get a psychologist to test their mental health at their expense as a condition of employment. This should be done yearly. To encourage citizens that police are not mentally unstable at their job. We also want laws in place where police are no longer invalid from law suits against them Selves. We the people also want to see police officers eligible for termination based Upon citizen complaints and the severity of the complaints. Their jobs in no way should be protected, all jobs should be" not gaureenteed" it's time we the people Stand up and stop the craziness of the police by allowing their jobs to be terminated when their out of line.
