That any person, group or those “exercising” their amendment rights, who are not in compliance, with the course of their assigned and / or expected duties, indicted in any complaint, in any federal or state court, for any crime, misdemeanor or felony, shall be immediately removed from any and all, Federal, State, to include all outside affiliations of payroll, pending the resolution of their charges. A conviction constitutes complete loss of wages and benefits, no further permitted to work in government position. A finding of not guilty, restores wages and benefits, with all due wages payable, immediately on next business day.
