Members of the military of the United States have engaged in war crimes when bombing the Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) field hospital in Afghanistan. This was by any fair definition a severe war crime. The president of the United States must take he lead, support any fair investigation and help in finding those responsible, arrest them immediately and make them available for prosecution.
Current investigations ongoing in the DOD are insufficient and not credible. The US must open up to transparent international inquiry on this issue.
