My claim that i had with STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY was denied because they did not investigate my claim properly and confused it with a injury from 2 years prior to the auto accident that i was involved in. Since I did not have legal representation i was told that they do not have to pay. The Staute of Limitations in New York is 3 years and during that time I have been seeing a doctor who now wants to do surgery and the STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS " WE DO NOT HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T GET A LAYWER" even though the evidence speaks volumes. Don't let this happen to you. If you are involved in a auto accident no matter how small GET A LAYWER AND TAKE THEM TO COURT
