Now that the 28 pages of Classified Intelligence from the 9/11 Report have been released - we can see clearly that the Bush Administration misled us into an illegal war.
The 28 Pages demonstrate that Saudi Arabia, not Iraq, were responsible for funding 9/11. Yet this administration went to war in Iraq and Afghanistan and did not even censure the Saudi Government.
(c)Definition.—As used in this section the term “war crime” means any conduct—
