Hold China accountable for their massive Cyber-War effort against the US Government, civil institutions, and companies!

What we need recognized:
In recent years, massive amounts of cyber-attacks have been coming from China. Recently the New York Times was famously hacked, but this goes far back and far beyond one newspaper. Targets have included US Government and military computers, defense contractors, journalists, and particularly US Companies that operate in China. These companies are hacked at an alarming level to give the Chinese the ability to steal technology at will for their own economic gain, in direct conflict with their own law and ours. It's time we hold China accountable for this activity, which comes from government-sanctioned groups, and stop treating them as a "friend" while they directly attack us with methods that even our own leaders have described elsewhere as acts of war.
