Congress has long made itself exempt from specific laws they themselves have put into place. For example, the recent healthcare bill does not apply to them. They are using government money (2 million dollars) for breakfast in just 2012. Granted there are more than 500 members in the senate and house of representatives. However, unless they are in congress every day of the year, buying breakfast each of those days, there is no excuse for that amount of money being spent. Congress was created to serve the people, lets bring it back to it's original purpose.
