Hold Congress to the same standards as the military - require 20 yrs for 50% of base pay. Reduce congress pay by 50%

Members of Congress can serve one term and receive a lifetime pension that is far in excess of what is proportionate to their amount of service. Furthermore military service members are fighting for their retirement benefits for which they were promised upon enlisting while Congress members risk NOTHING but gain EVERYTHING. The military sacrifices far more than Congress does and Congress should be held to the same standards. 20 years for 50% of their base pay. Furthermore Congress should no longer be allowed to vote on their own pay or benefits and should be held to the same legal standards as everyone else. They also need a 50% pay cut for their at least 50% reduction in efficiency due to bi-partisan games.
