We, the People, would like to request a Congressional Hearing and Investigation in an effort to end the practice of Human Experimentation of U.S. citizens without Informed Consent.
Currently, there are numerous American citizens (both witting and unwitting) being subjected to various procedures and technologies that violate their rights and adversely affect their health and well-being. These include, but are not limited to, undue surveillance, the use of military weapons against citizens, nanotechnology, RFID implants, etc. Many of these practices are inhumane, unconstitutional and unethical. Laws need to be implemented that protect us and govern any, and all, Human Experimentation conducted in this country.
