America has a history of nonconsensual human experimentation! This problem is still prevalent in this country. We, the People, would like to request a Congressional hearing and investigation in an effort to end these practices and implement laws governing any, and all, human experimentation!
Currently, both witting and unwitting U.S. citizens are being subjected to various procedures and technologies that violate their rights and adversely affect their health and well-being. Many of these practices are inhumane, unconstitutional and unethical and we desperately need laws that protect us!
