We would like to request a Congressional Hearing and Investigation in an effort to expose and end the practice of Human Experimentation on U.S. persons without Informed Consent. Currently, numerous American citizens are being tortured and abused using various methods and technologies including, but not limited to, Directed Energy Weapons, undue surveillance, harassment, stalking, physical and emotional damage, damage to property, and threats to life and safety. These practices are inhumane and unconstitutional. As American citizens, we do not consent to such treatment and would like to have Federal Laws implemented that govern these practices.
