Hold Congressional Hearings on Culture as a Protected Class

We, the citizens of the United States of America, petition the Whitehouse to hold congressiional hearings on the need to include "Culture" within the protected class from discrimination, bias, unjust profiling and denial of civil and constitutional rights which presently occur against citizens in the United States by uncivil and unconstitutional acts and determinations made by judicial departments, law enforcement agencies, public agencies and general public based primarily upon a citizens culture and/or sub-culture. Including "Culture" as a protected class in the United States would insure fair and just treament based upon each citizens individual acts and deeds eliminating the active "second class" treatment of any citizen/group of citizens in our diverse society based up their culture.
