A contest should be held that would be open to all U.S. citizens for the best design of a vehicle that does not run on any fossil fuels, can be mass produced, is affordable, and available to the general public. Cars, trucks, and other vehicles generate tons of greenhouse gases and other pollutants that degrade the very air we breathe. We do not have to continue living this way; other options are available. A money prize should be awarded to the winner.
