We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Hold Corporations Responsible for the $1.3 Trillion Student Loan Debt Aging Before 2008

Created by K.C. on November 18, 2016

Americans pursue a higher education to get a great job or career. They work for these huge companies that throw money into foundations and nonprofits for tax write-offs. At the same time, their older employees are struggling trying to make personal ends meet and pay off student loans at the same time. This is causing poverty in the household. President Obama gave forgiveness to college students that accumulated student loans after 2008. A huge portion of the $1.3 trillion debt is coming from loans before 2008. Make it legislation, that if you work for a huge corporation and you owe a student loan from before 2008, that all corporations participating will receive a huge tax write-off or deduction if they contribute to the payoff of their employees student loan. Make America Great!
