Hold criminals acountable and stop punishing the law abiding citizens.

Everytime someone shoots up a school, mall theater or whatever, the gun grabbing politicians immediately jump on the ban waggong. We the people would to see this stopped. We would like to see a law that is passed wher if a criminal (s) use a weapon, any weapon, in the commission of a crime and up until their arrest be punished with a mandatory 50 years of non plea bargained time. If that person is affiliated with any kind of gang what so ever, they will receive an additional mandatory 30 year sentence ALL of which will have no option for parole. If the use of that weapon results in a death, then the punishment will result in death with not more than 2 appeals being allowed. Its time to start holding criminals accountible vice for their actions vice the law abiding public.
