This petition would allow for the federal government to pass a bill that would not allow individuals that are elected or appointed by elected officials to have the ability to plead the 5th Amendment. Also I would suggest that if they are not operating within the confines of there position and wrong doing is found that their pension be taken. Also if they still do not give an account or they give an account that is not accurate or truthful they be put in federal prison from 2 to 5 years without their benefits.
