We will no longer pay for the failure of our elected officials to work together.
Create a law to hold all Senators and Representatives accountable for the duties of their offices. To include the following:
1) A budget (min. 1 full fiscal year) must be passed within the first 90 days of the start of a new session;
2) As of Day 91, 100% of their salaries, budgets, and perks will be frozen, resuming only upon a budget that has been ratified by both the House and Senate
3) Salaries, budgets, and perks, when resumed, will not be retroactive
4) Salary increases for elected officials will be approved only by referendum of each elected official's constituents;
5) Each official is limited to 5 terms in office at the national level
6) Create an oversight committee of citizens from each state.
