Since there is an incredible amount of support and protest towards possible new firearm legislature, I think it would be prudent to hold an emergency national vote on gun laws.
The ballots should be able to give the people the right to vote on items such as:
The right to bear arms.
The right to conceal and carry.
The right to own "assault weapons".
The right to own high capacity magazines.
Simple and to the point.
This seems like it would be most effective way to allow citizens to vote on new firearm legislature given how divided our country is on this issue and the perceived lack of confidence in our government to represent its people.
