We the people of the united states deserve representation that reflects the will of the people. Congress has yet again failed to perform the functions with which all personnel have been voted into office to perform, making decisions. Through the ineffectiveness of Congress, yet another deadline looms with many in office declaring "We don't think we will meet the deadline." I hearby request that if Congress fails to act, that the members of congress be given 90 days before they are relieved of office. Said members will be banned from reelection, and be stripped of their "benefits" normally afforded a member once their term has expired. We as the American people should no longer reward ineptitude in the highest levels of office. Those that fail to perform should be held accountable.
