Hold Federal Agencies participating in Sequestration accountable by providing quarterly reports to the American public

Created by T.M. on July 19, 2013

As the federal sequestration lingers on with frequent, unregulated, and unaccounted budget cuts; bureaucratic inefficiency grows greater with little to no transparency to the American public. Federal agencies are currently are being inundated and bogged down with weekly budget reports and continual financial adjustments.

While these are to be expected with the lack of federal budget, there is no accountability to the American public to show exactly how much money is being saved through constant budget adjustment.

This environment of unaccountability is ripe for corruption and misappropriation of federal funds. We request the Obama administration to provide the American public with quarterly reports showing the efficacy of the Sequestration until a budget is passed.
