Have Wisconsin Elections been fixed?
"Scott Walker was the first of three governors subject to recall to have survived. It was not because of his boyish charm and smooth talk but, once again, appears to have been the outcome of the theft of an election using electronic voting machines. I have submitted a request for an investigation to the Government Accountability Board (GAB), which consists of six retired judges, who are elected by the people. Walker, however, wants to change that."
