It is unjustifiable that in the case of recreational marijuana use, an individual can legally participate in this action in some locations in the nation, but can be arrested, prosecuted, and incarcerated for the same action in other locations in the same nation. Since the federal and state governments cannot come to an explicit agreement on this policy to give the people a clear and consistent law to follow throughout the nation, the only reasonable and logical solution is to have this policy be determined by the people in a majority vote.
