Hold Governor Walker accountable for his policies attacking the constitutional right of the people to assemble in WI.

Created by A.N. on September 07, 2012

Governor Scott Walker has taken away the constitution's first amendment right to peacefully assemble in Wisconsin. When the people are silenced, there is no democracy. This is out of line and completely unconstitutional.

Taken directly from the administrative code:

“No displays, signs, banners, placards, decorations or graphic or artistic material may be erected, attached, mounted or displayed within or on the building or the grounds of any state office building or facility without the express written authority of the department...... The department may set reasonable time limits on permitted activities.
