Hold gun manufacturers and the NRA liable for any murders that occur due to their voluntary non-cooperation.

The NRA and gun manufacturing lobbyists from companies such as Smith and Wesson have been uncooperative on a number of very reasonable methods of catching those responsible for gun crimes, whether the suggestion was criminal and mental background checks (because yo can't go wrong when a crazed felon has a gun) to microprinting a serial number on bullets from the impact of a firing pin (a solution that would literally take law enforcement a matter of minutes instead of days or weeks to identify a weapon used in a murder). Therefore , I petition that these people be held legally responsible along with the killer for aiding the murder of innocent Americans. I also petition that if they are found to have sold weapons to any known member of any violent illegal force, they take on that charge.
