Hold gun manufacturers criminally liable: repeal or reverse the PLCAA (2005)

The passage of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act in 2005 prevents gun manufacturers from being held liable for the damage and death their products cause in the hands of criminals. Repealing or reversing this law would allow us to hold these companies, their officers and shareholders responsible for the lives their products destroy every day.
