The President to push congress to enact laws that provide the following:
1. All Firearm owners must purchase a locking device and storage for their firearms.
2. Should such firearm be used in the commission of a crime because the owner fail to secure the Firearm he/she will be criminally liable.
3. Create a registration process where all automatic / semi-automatic firearms will be registered with the local law enforcement agency. (This will aid and prevent law enforcement from walking into a dangerous situation)
4. The sale and transfer of any and all automatic weapon’s requires a transfer fee along with criminal & mental background check.
