This is for the Government to hold hearings on and to investigate the Department of Veterans Affairs. Who has issues ranging from Veterans Disability Claims, which includes losing files, medical documention and to mishandling claims to the Veterans Affiars Clinics/Hospitals consistently putting in inaccurate information into the Veterans/Patients Medical files. Then as the Veteran/Patient tries to get the issue fixed then it is consistently denied.
