Hold Hearings or Lose the Right to of the President's Supreme Court Appointment

This is a constitutional duty of Congress. They are playing politics with our most important court and that goes against the intent of our founders to keep the justices separate from politics. This hurts all Americans. Therefore I demand that Congress hold and conclude the hearings on the current nominee before the end of President Obama's administration. If the majority party will not hold the hearings than the minority party shall do it with notice. If no one does it than they loose the right to a hearing and the appointment automatically becomes approved and sworn in.
