Investigation and possible criminal charges should be applied to any government agency or individual that mis-handles any public or personal electronic information such as text or email during their tenure in a political or governmental position regarding our country and possible national security and does not effectively backup and provide those messages as needed. Hillary should be held accountable for ALL the messages during any of her Political positions and particularly those requested by The House Select Committee on Benghazi. There is no possible way that she did not understand that ALL of her email messages, even private messages are suspect and she should not determine which messages are relevant and which are not. The IRS is another example of this issue.
