1. Hillary Clinton left the United States when in depth investigations began for the incident in Benghazi.
2. Due to Hillary Clinton leaving the United States upon the start of said investigation she has is impeding said investigation.
3. If any other United States citizen left the United States during an investigation in which their testimony was necessary they would be held in contempt and possibly be incarcerated for said act
