Hillary Clinton should be fined or put in jail based on U.S. Code Title 18 Part I Chapter 101 Section 2071. Not only did she hide all of her emails on a private web server, she then went on to delete "personal" emails. All emails in that account should be considered the secretary of state's and therefore the American people's who have the right to see what it contains. By filtering and deleting emails she has deemed personal she is willfully destroying/obliterating/mutilating documents that should be open to the public via the freedom of information act. She should lose her job, and be put in jail. Fines are unacceptable. Govt. employees need to be held accountable for their actions.
