Gratuitous and glorified gun violence is depicted in movies, TV shows, and video games with no regard to its effects on the public consciousness. If we want to reduce and hopefully stop horrible events like the CT. shooting, it has to start somewhere. Hollywood must take responsibility for the product they produce. Hollywood must embrace the value of human life and promote positive thoughts and actions.
